Katie Richardson
Katie Richardson is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. She holds a B.Sc Honours Degree from Griffith College Dublin (ICHAS).
Katie has worked with various organisations such as The Rape Crisis Centre and Good2Talk and has gained vast experience working with clients of all ages. Katie has experience of working on a one to one basis with clients in a therapeutic environment, dealing with a range of issues including:

Katie also holds certification in Autism Informed Therapy.

Aoife McGrath
Aoife McGrath is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and qualified as an integrative counsellor through IICP (Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy) Dublin. She also holds a Practitioners Certificate in CBT and is a fully-accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). She offers general counselling to adolescents (from 17 years upwards), adults and couples on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, bereavement, relationship problems, self esteem and motivation.

Nicola McNamara
Nicola Mc Namara is a fully qualified IACP Pre-accredited therapist with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Embracing Carl Jung’s concept of the “wounded healer,” Nicola believes that a therapist’s own experiences are crucial in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients.
With extensive experience in treating a variety of issues ranging from low self esteem to relationship problems, Nicola has developed a profound passion for working with individuals and families affected by addiction. Over the past four years, she has served as a group facilitator at a leading treatment centre, focusing on the continuing care stage for addicts and their families.
Nicola is dedicated to addressing the isolation often felt by these families and actively works towards integrating them into the recovery process. Nicola’s approach is rooted in the belief that while addiction impacts the family unit deeply, recovery can also foster profound healing and positive change.

Barry Williams
We are delighted to add Barry Williams to the team here at Monumental Health. Barry Williams qualified as a Life Coach with the Irish Life Coach Institute and qualified as a Reiki Master with the Dublin Wellness Centre. He offers holistic well-being services, specialising in life coaching and Reiki healing.
Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals achieve personal and professional goals. Barry focuses on dating confidence coaching, relationship coaching, and career coaching for those seeking job changes or increased motivation and productivity. He is passionate about empowering clients to unlock their potential and live fulfilling lives.
Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and healing technique, using gentle hand movements to enhance the body’s natural energy flow. In addition to promoting relaxation and emotional well-being, Reiki can also aid in physical healing, including pain relief and emotional healing. Barry’s approach integrates personal development and energy healing to support clients in achieving balance, clarity, and fulfilment. He works with individuals facing stress, life transitions, grief, self-esteem issues, physical pain, and other personal challenges.
Barry believes in a compassionate and individualised approach, ensuring that a client’s unique needs are met on their journey to well-being.
